The successful candidate should be ready and able to:
• Attend on-line weekly training meetings
• Complete a guided training program within the first 90 Days
• Follow a proven step-by-step process
• Recruit and develop a sales team
• Deliver expert support and training to their sales team
• Be prepared to present to, and close, new clients
• Assist the sales team in presentations/closings as needed.
Qualifications:
• Due to the nature of this posting, candidates will be able to work from a remote home office with a quiet space, and reliable internet connection.
• Must be moderately computer literate. Some aspects of our system are a little bit technical but should be no issue once explained.
• Must possess a minimum credit score of 590 or better.
• There are no education requirements as full training will be provided, but a college education is preferred.
• There are no geographical or travel requirements.
• Business to Business sales and marketing history is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Compensation:
• This is a commission-based posting. (Up to 75% commissions + monthly residual and overwrite bonuses are available for the right candidate.)
• Successful candidates, should be able to realistically sell a minimum volume of $150,000 within the first year, earning a personal income between $75,000 and $95,000 + residuals for life of the client’s they onboard.
